He has managed many technology-driven assignments and M & A transactions, thanks to his specialisation and experience in New Technologies, particularly relating to software and IT. law at the University Saarbruecken, he went on to train at a London law firm and worked for 10 years as in-house counsel for different companies. He was awarded a PhD. degree from Heidelberg University, where he is still giving lectures. Tilo is an ardent tennis player and an active member of the Corporate Law Union (VGR) and of the Friends of Heidelberg University.
